Our newest WebGIS service is now online!

Askwhere.eu is an innovative map web application designed for everyone interested in tourism in Europe! Thanks to it, you can find new, unknown corners of the continent where you want to spend your free time.

The most important thing here is the criteria filter. All you need to do is specify your preferred month and then the features of the landscape you prefer: its type (sea, mountains or maybe waves of farmland?) and attractiveness, climatic conditions: number of sunny (or snowy) days, water temperature and others. You can look for remote places or, on the contrary, rich tourist infrastructure.

The map application is based on an innovative engine based on a hexagonal network of basic fields “overlaid” on the map of Europe. Each basic field contains an extensive table of attributes, and the optimized search mechanism allows for quick processing of even complex queries.

The interface also offers the ability to plan trips, plan routes (routing), as well as create your own rankings of places.

The application is available in “beta” status as we continue its further development and expansion of functionality. We hope you will like it!
